Eye of the Storm Immersion

These general terms and conditions apply to any agreement you (“Client”) make with the Institute for Quantum Transformation ApS, registered in Denmark, Nordre Fasanvej 230, 2200 Copenhagen, CVR: 38476432 (further referred to as “Institute”, or “us”).  

Before you sign up to participate in an Eye of the Storm Immersion it is important to read them carefully. 

APPLICABILITY

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements made with clients or (potential) participants with regard to all of the Institute's Eye of the Storm Immersion events, further referred to as the “Immersion”.

The provisions of the terms and conditions come into effect once the Client signs up to any of the Institute’s programmes (including the Immersion) or takes any action towards attending the Immersion, including application to participate, making a payment or attending the Immersion.   

TERMS OF SERVICE

The Institute takes responsibility to provide the teachings included in the Immersion, practice sessions, learning support, as well as food and lodging during the Immersion. 

The Institute will do its best to accommodate special dietary needs of the participant, as long as they are within a vegetarian diet. Such needs we kindly ask to be communicated to the representative of the Institute before the beginning of the Immersion.

Immersion may also be followed by a number of additional activities, such as online teaching and/or practice sessions, homework indications, learning support calls, Q&As etc.

Additional services such as health insurance or transportation are not included. 

PAYMENT

The payment for the Immersion can be made either through online payment or a bank transfer, according to the invoice received from our representative. 

The payment must be made up to 90 days before the starting date of the Immersion, based on the information provided in the invoice. 

If the invoice has been issued within 90 days of the Immersion, the payment needs to be made within 14 days from the issue date of the invoice – but no later than by the first day of the Immersion.  

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by the Institute: In exceptional circumstances the Institute may need to cancel, postpone or reschedule the provision of the agreed services. If this happens we will aim to give the Client as much notice as possible about these changes. Any fees paid direct to the Institute, related to the direct provision of the agreed service will be allocated to the new date. Should the Client then not be able to attend the new date, fees will be reimbursed on request. The Institute cannot however be held responsible for fees paid to 3rd parties or costs incurred by the client, such as travel costs etc. 

If the client wishes to cancel the agreement the following terms apply:  

• A full refund can be issued for cancellations made up to 80 days before the first day of the Immersion.
• 50% refund can be issued if the cancellation takes place within a period 79-30 days before the first day of the Immersion.
• No refund shall be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the first day of the Immersion.

TRANSFER OF THE FEE

The fee paid can be transferred to a future generation of the programme, up to two times consecutively, from the generation the Client originally signed up for. 

The transferred fee shall cover the costs of participation in the Immersion completely – ie. in case the fee for the next edition of the Immersion would become higher, the participant will not be charged any extra cost above what was already paid in order to participate. Likewise, the Client will not be issued any refund in case the fee would diminish. 

Choosing to transfer the Fee makes it non-refundable.

RECORDINGS

The Immersion is being recorded in both video and audio format for the purpose of the Institute’s teaching archives. Additionally, at times, photos and videos might be taken and later used on the Institute’s website, social media and promotional materials, including advertisement. If you do not wish to be shown in any of these photos and/or videos, please indicate this in writing prior to the beginning of the Immersion. Otherwise, you consent to the use of any photographs or video taken of you for publicity, promotion purposes, including on social media, and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright or other ownership right. All photographs or videos are the exclusive property of the Institute. 

Making personal recordings of the Immersion can be done only with the Institute’s prior consent.

LIABILITY 

The Institute accepts no liability for personal injury, psychological discomfort or damage/loss of property of participants, nor any liability as a result of events during the Immersion. 

In order to ensure the best, most harmonious experience for all the participants of the Immersion, the Institute reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Client’s access to the Immersion - with a full refund in case the termination takes place before the Immersion. In case such an event takes place during the Immersion, the refund will be issued with consideration of the expenses made by the Institute on behalf of the Client’s participation in the Immersion.
